Before you call, it is fair to know exactly what is being promised. Four things, each one about this service rather than about anybody else’s work.
A real person, day or night
The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
The connection costs you nothing
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
You are connected to a licensed local contractor
The connection goes to a licensed, insured independent contractor working in the Charlotte area rather than to a call centre two states away. Confirm the license and the insurance yourself before anyone starts — it is your right and your responsibility.
One call fixes a bad match
If the first connection does not work out — no call back, no show, or a quote you do not trust — ring the line again and you will be put through to a different contractor.
What this page does not promise
These are commitments about a connection, not about construction. The contractor is an independent business and the job is their contract with you — so get the scope, the price and any workmanship guarantee from them, in writing, before work starts.
