The Thanksgiving race is listed with 8K and 5K distances and shorter family events, and it sits in the SouthPark area. Plan the placement at the start and finish with the organizer and the mall.

What do Concord race weekends mean for a Charlotte site?
Charlotte Motor Speedway sits in Concord, about 29 km from uptown Charlotte, which is outside this site's service area. The 2027 race weekends were announced for late May and mid October.
This site does not serve the speedway. Race-day restroom work there is for a provider near Concord. Regional race crowds may still affect traffic and parking in the Charlotte area, which is worth planning around if your site sits on a route.
The 2026 fall race weekend ran 9 to 11 October. The 2027 dates were announced as 28 to 30 May and 15 to 17 October 2027.
Who arranges restrooms for a big Charlotte event?
The organizer arranges restrooms and potable water under the city's event guidance, and the permit offices review the plan. A provider books and services the units for the organizer.
Start with the organizer and ask for the count, the placement and the servicing schedule in writing. A large event may also fall under the state's mass gathering rule, which the guide on how many portable toilets a Charlotte event needs covers.
Ask the organizer to name the contact at the venue or the race start, since the placement is agreed in advance with that person.
